Who We Serve

While each of our valued clients’ situations and goals are unique, most of them share three similar challenges that they need help solving. In each of these three situations, premium financing should be a considered option.

I need to equalize the value of what I am going to leave behind for each of my heirs.

Equalizing your estate as a business or real estate owner can be a sensitive subject for your family or business partners, but it doesn’t have to mean liquidating assets. Life insurance can be a great strategic funding vehicle for ensuring that your heirs receive equal legacy gifts, but it can be expensive to acquire the right amount. Leveraging existing, income-producing assets as collateral can be a good strategy to allow the bank to front the money for your initial premium.

My heirs are going to be burdened by a large estate tax bill.

Without foresight and proper planning, the burden of estate taxes can force heirs to sell assets like business interests or real estate at inopportune times. Life insurance benefits, typically received tax-free, can help alleviate the burden of estate taxes, but often requires a significant up-front payment of premium. Again, leveraging existing, income-producing assets as collateral can be a good strategy to allow the bank to front the money for your initial premium.

I have a loved one that is financially dependent on me. What happens if I die first?

Providing for a loved one is probably the most common use of traditional life insurance, and is a noble thoughtful use of the tool, as well. But what if you don’t have the cash on hand to pay the premium needed to secure the proper amount of coverage? What if raising that cash would mean selling assets at an inopportune time? If these questions resonate with you, then it is likely that premium finance should be an option you consider.
