Helping Our Clients Achieve Their Legacy Goals Through Creative Planning

For over 15 years, Tooke & Associates has provided holistic financial planning and strategic life insurance planning for our valued clients. We are experts in using financing to solve difficult estate and legacy challenges that arise in the insurance planning process.

What Is Premium Financing?

Life insurance can be a powerful tool, especially when planning for the legacy you’d like to leave behind. When you or your clients’ legacy & estate goals include paying crippling estate taxes, creating equity in inheritance amongst the next generation or caring for loved ones, life insurance is typically one of the best tools to use to accomplish those goals.

But oftentimes, our clients do not necessarily have the cash on hand to pay the large premium to purchase the life insurance, or raising the cash needed would mean selling a valuable asset at an inopportune time.

Luckily, using cash-on-hand is not the only option. Depending on you or your clients’ financial situation, they may be able to finance the premium through a strategic loan from a banking institution, whereby the loan is paid off through the life insurance payout at death.

This strategy can be exceptionally useful - when executed well. But it is complicated, requires experience and the right relationships.
